Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your original order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the wheels in their original factory padding and box to prevent structural damage during transit; ensure all skewers and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the wheels are free of road wear or mounting marks, we will process your refund or dispatch your new wheelset within 3-5 business days.
